•Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests. • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records. • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts. • Assist with performance management procedures. • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas. • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.• Perform orientations and update records of new staff. • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity. • Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects. • Support other assigned functions. • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices

• Manage and update the information of different candidates(Excel). • Collect at least 20 different effective resumes per day for consolidating the human resources system. • Accomplish background checks on at least 10-15 candidates each day. • Organize training sessions, preparing documents and materials (Word & Powerpoint).

• Input and analyze complex data of 500 candidates in the talent selection project (Excel).• Execute the boss's project plan and complete the data summary of the candidates(Excel &Word).• Organize and arrange the time and place of the selection meeting.• Write and distribute email, letters, forms and submit expense reports(Excel & Word).

• Offer psychological support and referrals through telephone (active listening) for participants who are distressed, in difficulty or simply need to be listened to.• Help people who are experiencing transitional difficulties to verbalize what they are feeling, to find solutions and resources to remedy a problematic situation and to develop their autonomy. • • Provide one on one shadow services to an autistic child. • Organize activities for the elderly, e.g., visiting isolated and lonely elderly people to break their isolation.

• Provide support in a classroom where there are children with specific needs to be met (autism, Down syndrome, developmentally delayed, or experiencing social/emotional and behavioural difficulties) • Prepare classroom material. • Provide support in the children’s development: recognize numbers and words, accompany students to participate in life skills simulation activities, etc. • Respond to the students’ physical, emotional and hygienic needs.

• Assist physicians in the rehabilitation activities of mental patients. • Monitor the status of patients and report emergencies to physicians in a timely manner. • Engage patients in a variety of activity and group programming.

• Provide support in homework and lessons. • Tell stories to children and play with them. • Supervise children in their daily activities.
