- Responsible for providing comprehensive travel service to overseas Tour Operators & Tour Agencies, including Travel consulting ,quoting itineraries ,making a bookings and coordinating with operation office ( Indochina ,Myanmar, Indonesia ,China ,Japan ,Bhutan, Singapore , Hongkong , Malaysia, Sri Lanka and India).- Coordinate and deal with Operation teams (Logistic, Guide & Reservation,etc.) in each destination since booking until the trip end to make the client’s booking run smoothly & happily.- Contact with contracting team ,reservation team & direct contract hotel to proceed the booking and also quoting .- Solve On Spot problem of the booking with client & operation team.

 Manage Hardgoods product ’s order from buyers for Southeast Asia’s suppliers since getting new request/new project from the buyer ,until the request turning to be the order and ship the goods out to warehouse of El Corte Ingles in Spain .  Manage & Sourcing for new request/ new project from the buyer and negotiating with supplier based on product spec & MOQ from buyer to get the right supplier in Southeast Asia & get the best rate quotation to offer to the buyer.  Sourcing for hardgoods products from suppliers in Southeast Asia region: Home Decorative item(handicraft, lamp) , Candles, Incenses, Ceramicware, Houseware (natural fiber ware, woodenware, plasticware, glassware, melamine ,metal), Home appliance, , Sporting Goods, Car´s Accessories ,Toys, children’s furniture, small furniture , Food, rubber Gloves ,etc. in Southeast Asia by visiting international fairs or supplier’s showroom or factory and sending quotations to buyer.  Coordinator between buyer and supplier for making the order run smoothly: sourcing & negotiating pricing with suppliers ,sending quotation to the buyer, sending order to supplier, giving all required information to supplier, checking sample, checking production status for ensuring that the goods will be shipped on time and in the good condition , sometimes also making goods inspection at factory and coping all occurred problem during production with supplier & buyer for better solution for all.  Handling order’s documents: making order file, sending order to supplier,sending proforma to Spain to open LC,sending all required label & artwork from buyer to supplier,checking and approving artwork (if have),making QC’s file, coordinating with shipping section etc.
