Senior Project Management
Current- Led the new game launch projects as a project manager for more than 20 mobile games that released in both domestic and oversea gaming markets in Bilibili’s Gaming Team- Effectively communicated with the external R&D team to collect their insights and understand their problems, thus to provide them with the best solution leveraging internal resources- Worked with both internal operation teams and external game R&D teams to set up project plans and key milestones, evaluated major risks during the project, developed improvement plans for possible emergencies to ensure the smooth delivery of the project- Collaborated with the operation team to establish the annual KPI for each project based on company overall financial goal. Tracked, analyzed game performance and reported to department director on a monthly basis, including user trend/revenue/budget usage, and suggested areas of possible improvement. - Shared knowledge learned and key takeaways with the internal business partners by documenting guideline/SOP and organizing workshop.
