Performed LEAN manufacturing strategy to inspect first-off parts in different operations by using calipers, gauges , CMM machines. Identify and investigate issue from parts and created inspection reports to apply further improvement such as product quality.3. Designed parts and fixtures with CATIA V5 to solve critical machine operating issues.4. Applied knowledge of 3D model and ERP software to configure specific aircraft parts, providing manufacturing properties and cost estimates.5. Worked closely with Plant Manager and Engineer and got up-to-date information about new parts and engineering changes.
