Full cycle recruiting for all Corporate and Operations Divisions such as Marketing, Information Technology & Security, Risk Management, Compliance, Vendor Management, Mortgage & Commercial Real Estate, and Human Resources.Partner with hiring managers to identify top talent needs, job specifications, and skills.Identify candidates through the use of direct and aggressive sourcing by using various techniques such as: networking, internet/social media, employee referrals, cold calling, job fairs, college campus events, etc.Consult with hiring manager and compensation team to ensure offer of employment are in line with EWB compensation philosophy.

Provide support to Recruiting Department in related functions including: scheduling phone and panel interviews, organizing travel arrangements to team members and candidates, creating offer letters, posting job requisitions on career sites, background investigations, hiring in ATS, sending new hire kit packages, and dispositioning candidates.Keep open communication with hiring managers from engagement session to offer stage.Educate hiring managers and client groups on compliance and risk.Point of contact for managers and candidates with any related issues including: background investigations, onboarding new hire process and electronic I-9 form system.Create and put together weekly recruiting data metric reports for the team.Business Continuity / Safety Disaster Floor Leader for Recruiting Team.
