As VP of Internal Operations I assisted in the implementation of the Oracle ERP/MRP package. I developed, maintained, and managed various business processes and created flow charts to document these processes.·Played an integral role in maintaining and managing the systems Price Discounting matrix. Possessed a detailed understanding of the PD matrix and wrote several Progress routines to massage specific PD records, all designed to increase RSD’s profit margins. ·I was part of a team involved in several "eBusiness" initiatives and played a part in designing and implementing several tools designed to "lock in" customers and make it easier for them to do business with us.

One of the main tools of learning were the monthly manager's meetings where we went through our financial statements in great detail.
