Work with production personnel in ways to improve product reliability as necessary.· Coordinate SPC activities within assigned areas, analyze data and lead appropriate actions in response to results.· Prepare and maintain PFMEA's and Control Plans and gather and submit all necessary paperwork to meet customer requirements for new part submissions.· Coordinate the development of gauging requirements for all new and existing parts when non standard gauges are appropriate.· Prepare and conduct training in Quality Control operations procedures.· Facilitate problem-solving/corrective action activities.· Develop plans for quality improvements. Track quality improvements through cost analysis.· Assist Operators/Set-Up personnel to produce quality parts as needed to meet customer / production department requirements.· Assure all appropriate product is quarantined once quality issues are known. Lead / Attend daily MRB process within assigned production area assuring all appropriate personnel is present to allow for timely action to take place.

Designed and implemented manufacturing process for ECI 4 & 6 cylinder small aircraft motors.Developed manufacturing program for Billy Mitchell's "MERLIN III" engine heads.Each program was processed thru 5 axis machining centers. Detailed CNC programming, fixtures, tooling and downstream procedures were developed for efficient production.
