I maintain a GIS-based map for our client that has emergency management directors, local law enforcement, fire departments, and EMS in counties with our pipelines. I regularly contact emergency managers, law enforcement leadership, and fire chiefs to confirm their departments' capabilities in case of pipeline incidents.
