• Responsible for the management and supervision of all production projects produced in house and by third party production partners, ensuring brand integrity.
• Serve as main project manager and co-producer of branded creative projects including the selection of negotiation with, and management of third-party production partners.
• Oversee production calendars; provide creative direction for all creative projects, flagging potential issues and ensuring team can meet various deadlines.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key production vendors to create cost and workflow efficiencies that may benefit REVOLT.
• Create and review budgets, schedules, cost reports, and manage all deliverables from conceptualization through final execution.
• Oversee location bookings; arrange necessary insurance and permissions and perform risk assessments including COVID set compliance.

• Responsible for processing and tracking departmental invoices
• Manage production aspects of remote shoots (venue clearance, equipment rental, etc.)
• Responsible for training of departmental new hires
• Provide support and directly reported to the Senior Vice President of Production
• Maintain and distribute accurate records for each individual project, including but not limited to cost reports, budgets and production calendars and schedules.
