• Responsible for the management and supervision of all production projects produced in house and by third party production partners, ensuring brand integrity.• Serve as main project manager and co-producer of branded creative projects including the selection of negotiation with, and management of third-party production partners.• Oversee production calendars; provide creative direction for all creative projects, flagging potential issues and ensuring team can meet various deadlines.• Develop and maintain relationships with key production vendors to create cost and workflow efficiencies that may benefit REVOLT.• Create and review budgets, schedules, cost reports, and manage all deliverables from conceptualization through final execution.• Oversee location bookings; arrange necessary insurance and permissions and perform risk assessments including COVID set compliance.• Collaborate and coordinate between internal content, social media, and production departments to ensure assets and information are shared broadly.• Work with the technical team to select lighting, sound, and video elements.• Confirm all the necessary equipment, e.g., cameras, video cameras, sound boards and microphones, are in good working order.

• Fulfill production management needs for on-site and remote shoots and events• Responsible for processing and tracking departmental invoices• Manage production aspects of remote shoots (venue clearance, equipment rental, etc.)• Responsible for training of departmental new hires • Provide support and directly reported to the Senior Vice President of Production• Maintain and distribute accurate records for each individual project, including but not limited to cost reports, budgets and production calendars and schedules.• Manage the production process to ensure multiple departments receive materials needed for production, while maintaining production schedules and staying within their allocated production budget• Support department in logistical and budgetary assignments for a variety of projects• Manage project trackers, including financial activity• Create and maintain companywide contact sheets• Develop and maintain all paperwork for assigned projects and internal production• Coordinate with post deliveries, air date delivery and quality control approvals• Create wrap books for individual assignments• Coordinate travel for staff, crew and talent• Process payroll and coding invoices for all productions, as applicable• Manage P-Card and petty cash reconciliation for all projects• Process contractors and vendor invoices• Manage and hire tech crew for all productions• Create and manage mobile app for the REVOLT Music Conference• Create and manage onsite registration process for the REVOLT Music Conference• Manage overall REVOLT Music Conference website
