As a Recruitment Specialist at Karunia Global School, I manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. I also handle the company's social media platforms related to recruitment and conduct employer branding activities to attract and retain talent. I have over four years of experience in recruitment, including three years at Galva Group, where I performed various promotional activities for job vacancies, such as posting ads and attending job fairs. I also helped prepare reports on new hires for the personnel department. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Kristen Krida Wacana, where I also worked as an assistant lecturer for two years. I have skills in data analysis, psychological assessment, psychological testing, and interviewing, which I use to evaluate candidates and match them with suitable positions. I am passionate about finding the best fit for both the candidates and the organization, and I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic teams. I am always eager to learn new things and improve my skills and knowledge in the field of recruitment.
