Hi all, I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication and have accumulated diverse experience in the IT industry. My career began at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where I served as a Senior System Administrator. In this role, I was responsible for monitoring the global network infrastructure, managing user issues, and actively participating in the Rapid Response Team.After a three-year break due to health reasons, I transitioned into data analytics, earning certifications in Python, SQL, and Data Analytics, while also completing several relevant projects. Currently, I am pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from Symbiosis, further enhancing my skills in project management and strategic planning.In my current role as a System Analyst at BPM LLP, I manage client relationships and provide application support, along with basic troubleshooting. I am also expanding my technical expertise by learning shell scripting and deepening my knowledge of Linux systems.
