Key responsibilities:° Budgeting according to group targets, forecasting and reporting to group Executive Board in France, KPI definition and analysis.° Developing, planning and implementig online and offline marketing plans in line with business targets, piloting the advertising material production chain. ° Assuring sustainable growth of www.damart.ch° Optimising CRM strategy, database management and data quality assurance.° Selecting and coordinating external and internal service providers, lead price and service level negotiations, partner meetings and monitoring. ° Managing direct reports and non-hierarchical management of centralised services in France (e.g. outbound logistics, IT, finance, print).° Leading role in international strategy and best practice meetings. => Full budget responsibility from Demand to Profit => Elaboration of multichannel marketing plans (mail order and shops) for client loyalty and recruitment operations with a marketing budget of 3.5 M€ for both markets, Germany and Switzerland. => Database management and CRM optimisation=> Brand positioning & Pricing policy=> Postal negotiations=> Development of intragroup synergies (Redcats France) for the supply chain, Process rationalisation => Management of 5 team members

=> Creation of a French subsidiary for Wegener, a Dutch press and direct marketing services company=> Development of a direct marketing recruitment concept intended for mail order companies : infoservices, a catalogue request tool=> Sales and implementation of a 1.2 million circulation test amongst leading French distance selling companies

=> Draw up and manage a marketing budget of 4.3 M€=> Design and carry through 30 annual mailing campaigns (client loyalty 1.5 million mailings, recruitment 2 million mailings) => Coordinate the graphic supply chain and book production in French language=> Reports and analyses to the US headquarters

Direct Marketing Services (addresses and IT services)=> Key account management (turnover 3M€)=> New client acquisition, participation in international fairs and seminaries => Creation of an international BtoB services catalogue => Management of 4 team members
