As the Head of Course Creation at Apolitical, I lead the team dedicated to developing high-caliber online learning experiences tailored for public servants. I oversee both free and paid courses, ensuring they empower public sector employees with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their roles and drive positive change. In my time at Apolitical, I've overseen the design and development of more than 50 courses which meet the needs of public servants and the expectations of partners. For our ambitious Government Climate Campus alone, I've overseen the delivery of 13 courses with 20+ partners across four countries (Brazil, South Africa, US, and UAE)I was the first learning specialist hired by Apolitical and have thus had a significant role in designing all processes and best practices in the courses team. Since those early startup days, we have rapidly scaled our work and are pleased to work closely with partners ranging from the University of Oxford to The World Resources Institute to the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (UK). I love managing a team in a fast-paced environment and focus on helping to foster a high-achieving and empathetic team culture.
