Always learning from each other and lending helping hands when needed.I was involved in several different projects within the company including many separate departments; Ticketing Office, Key Account Management, Sales, Online, Accounting and Group and Meeting. The main focus of these projects were to strenghten the relationships between departments, increase the sense of involvement, and speed up our processes all focusing towards optimizing the work-flow and increasing our revenues. One of these projects involved being a part of the team responsible for the ISO-certification at Via Travel. We are certified with both Quality (ISO9001) - and Environment (ISO 14001) certifications. Being a environmental-coordinator involved; translating our processes from English and Norwegian into Swedish, learning how to make the daily routines of the office more environmentally friendly, educating every department, following up the goals set and being in contact with the auditor.
