In September 2023 I co-founded LIFT Physiotherapy, a small clinic based in Redditch to deliver better care for patients. We are a gym-based physiotherapy clinic with a fully equipped gym and an on-field rehabilitation offering. This whole process involved designing a gym space, producing social media content, utilising analytics, website creation, diary management and much more.

This involved a daily caseload of up to 12 patients per day of all ages and abilities, fantastic for developing my time management and core MSK skills. This also provided a hugely varying caseload including GP referrals, self-referrals, and orthopaedic referrals. This role also allowed me to become a practice educator and implement a service audit into our management of postoperative ACLs.
