This is an agency that offers sporadic work, promoting for a variety of customers. I have been part of a promotional team for such products as; Alpro and Marlboro. Working as both an assistant event manager and as a brand ambassador.The work consists of dealing with public, informing them of the different benefits of the product they are testing or trying and also representing the brands in a public domain.Important aspects of this job is punctuality, performing instructions given to you in an exact manner and also communicating with the team around you.

For eight months I was the point of outside contact in the office. Given control of the info@ email address and manned the phones. The point of the internship was to learn more about the music industry; the business and also to develop my office skills. Also to keep the membership churn at a steady rate. In my time, I raised the membership by 30%.I was given responsibility, to organise dinners for around 80 music managers, from the venue to the food, organise events such as our 'Bands and Brands' event, which had over 150 guests. I also wrote the minutes in all strategy, committee and board meetings. Liaising between board members and my CEO so that all the needed and correct information was passed round the trade body.I also had sole control of keeping our books in order, filing them and noticing any discrepancies in them. My conduct had to be professional but approachable, keeping my eyes open to an ever diversifying industry.
