I am currently proud to say that I work as a product advisor with Newroads Newmarket Toyota. I have been here since May 1st, 2022, and have learned a great deal about myself and others. I have been taught to create an environment of welcome and comfort for customers when they enter the dealership as looking to purchase a vehicle can be daunting at best.In 2023 (my first full year of selling Toyotas) I earned the number one position for consumer satisfaction, achieving a 100% average across the board for Toyotas CSI ( Consumer Satisfaction Index). This average earned me the 2023 CSI award for Newmarket Toyota. I hope to continue to learn and grow. Who knows what comes next?I was working part-time with Queens University and York University on a grant that applies the use of virtual reality headsets to the visual arts and Canada's truth and reconciliation education. My work has included but has not been limited to; being a technical consultant, advising of lesson planning, set-up and distribution of technology, green screen capture, 3D file importation and extraction, Unity development, augmented reality capture, research observations, and video editing.
