I have been working on projects as a Project Manager for several years, but in early 2020, I transitioned fully into a PM role.During this time I primarily worked on our out of the box rapid deployment implementations.With this methodology, I typically worked on multiple clients at any given time.

CoreHR were acquired by the Access Group and my role continued under the new Company until July 2020.

I changed roles internally in March 2016, when I was offered the opportunity to join the Central Government Delivery team.In this team, I specialized in the 'CoreExpense' product, which we offered to clients to better track and monitor their organisations expenses.My main responsibilities included:Implement our Expense solution, Core|Expense, in new client sites. Started the CoreHR graduate programme on 27/07/15My Main responsibilities included: Analyzing and Solving Customer Support cases. This involved a lot of communications with Customers, our Development and our DBA teams too.CoreHR Support uses Salesforce to manage cases, and I quickly became the internal Support Salesforce administrator. I progressed in this role to be in a team of 3 in the company who were Salesforce Administrator's for the entire company

Worked on several Projects, using such tools as Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint, VBA, HTML, CSS, and PHP. Worked on several projects in the Sales Organisation Department in Lidl. The main project I undertook was the automation of their In-Store temperature system. Their old method consisted of a manual process of recording on Monthly sheets which were then sent to regional HQ. This method was slow and often ignored.The new Project I implemented was Store managers inputting data into a hand held device which was then automatically sent to regional headquarters where it could be exported and automatically filed into excel sheets. This is currently the system being used in every Lidl store in Ireland.
