CU Boulder Banich Lab -Working at looking at the Effects on Mood and Memory Through Neurobiological Principles. The Lab uses Neuroimaging studies and Behavioral studies to look at the executive functions of the brain. -Involved in Managing and Running Participants as well as managing Scedules and Helping with Data collection as well as Data Analysis-Working in R to Provide statistical data that can be analyzed from the study and Data Collection -Working in 5 Separate Studies including MindMem, ClearStyle, ClearCurve, and ClearVal as well as a SONA Study. -Involved in managing both Students as well as the General Population to run experiments https://www.colorado.edu/faculty/banich/research

Adapting to every changing circumstances, work with clients to exceed varying unique requests and be flexible enough to think of creative ways to fulfill requests that are not part of standard setup. Through Technical knowhow, understand requirements, translate written manuals, flowcharts and diagrams into purposeful results and working equipment.Using networking and design skills, connect computers, projectors, screens and visual equipment assuring correct output results. Determine which equipment is needed for each seminar or event. Understanding at all times how pieces work together and need to be adjusted to obtain desired outcome. Key to all of this is communication. An IT hat means correctly conveying needed information, acting as a liaison between technical terminology and be able to explain processes. Effective communication ensures success. Project Management is also a key component in communication, by working with others to coordinate, plan and execute the proper steps to the desired outcome. I also often have to calm people down when faced with last minute challenges. If I remain calm, then the challenge is manageable.

As tour leader in the open ocean for groups of possibly forty people, rely on a diverse set of skills, both hard and soft, including communication, empathy and an energetic spirit, Keeping groups together and being responsible for their safety honed in on humor, improvisation , knowledge and passion. But to captivate people and provide the utmost customer service, I became a master story teller.

Plan Projects and engage in leadership workshops to improve health in the San Diego Community. Focusing on childhood obesity, surveyed students to understand challenges/inequities in school lunch programs and provide presented solutions to Elected Representative. Provided key idea using a Youtube video about racial injustice, raising funds for the Pillars of The Community.

City of Hope Hospital Hilton Science and Nutrition Research Program-Conducted literature research to explore the correlation between different diseases and nutrition, focusing on multiple sclerosis and how it was affected by different cannabinoids as both nutritional supplements. There has been proven to be a slight correlation between the use of various cannabinoids and treating symptoms of MS. -Collaborated with a team of researchers to propose mechanisms through which nutrition might influence disease progression.-Presented a study on the effects of CBD on MS patients, providing insights into potential interventions for populations at risk.https://www.cityofhope.org/education/students-and-youth/step/high-school
