I am a dynamic arts leader with over 15 years’ experience working with some of Ireland’s most important cultural institutions and production companies.I am keen on building partnerships, creating opportunities for audiences to engage with the most exciting arts experiences. Projects I have led, supported and developed have represented Ireland at a national and international level.Prior to establishing COBA: Cian O’Brien Arts, I was Artistic Director of Project Arts Centre, Ireland's first arts centre, from 2011-2024. Prior to this I was Producer/Artist Development with Rough Magic Theatre Company and have worked as a freelance producer with many of Ireland’s independent theatre and dance companies. I am Chairperson of Baboró International Arts Festival for Children, Dead Centre Theatre and former Deputy Chair of the National Campaign for the Arts Steering Committee (2016-2022). In May 2023 I was appointed as a member of the Comité Strategique of the Centre Culturel Irlandais, Paris by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
