Working with people, taking on challenges, performance and success motivates me. I believe that having passion and vision enables people to reach their goals, follow their dreams and achieve great things in life. The key ingredients to achieve results is being prepared and organised, staying positive, research and knowing what you are doing. I have been very fortunate throughout my life, to gain experience in different fields, such as corporate finance, sports, hospitality and adventure tourism. Climbing mountains and playing tennis have been a huge part of my life and I have been very lucky to work in both areas.I am proud to be one of the founders of World Sherpas, an innovative treks and mountain expeditions company. We create amazing treks and climbs on the most beautiful mountains of the world with passion, commitment and respect of the environment. When I reached the summit of Mount Everest in 2012, a childhood dream was realised. After reaching the summit, I have set new goals with many different climbing projects as well as starting the company World Sherpas. Our company brings groups and individuals to achieve their goals and dreams in the greatest mountains on earth. During my years working in corporate finance with some of the worlds leading banks, I have had great opportunities in back and middle office roles and enjoyed a unique variety of different responsibilities to be innovative and deliver results.I have been involved in tennis coaching and playing tennis at a high level in Ireland, Europe, United States and Australia for the last 20 years. During my coaching years I have worked with juniors and adults of different levels and abilities on all aspects of the game. This also included training and coaching junior national squad players to improve individual tactics and technique. I also give motivational presentations to different groups such as companies, clubs, universities and schools.
