I am a Chartered Tax Advisor and Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ experience advising clients in corporate tax matters.As a Tax Director, I manage a large allocation of corporate clients in a wide range of industry sectors from retailers to construction and service sector companies and has provided both domestic and international tax advice in relation to clients’ planning strategies, including corporate restructures and property transactions.I have extensive experience in advising clients on the scope of direct tax obligations arising from operating in Ireland and interacting with group members abroad. I have assisted many companies in setting up businesses in Ireland and managing their ongoing tax requirements.I have undertaken tax due diligence assignments for significant transactions and have carried out tax risk assurance checks for a number of large corporates.I am a member of the BDO Global Centres of Excellence for Corporate International Tax, M&A Tax, and Income Tax Accounting, as well as being a member of the BDO Global Private Equity Team. I am also a member of the editorial board of the Irish Tax Review.
