I have recently joined the community assets team within clarion futures.I am now 6 months in and enjoying all the new skills I have been able to develop, such as, the use of excel formulas, attention to detail, time management and creativity. I have been given multiple opportunities to work creatively. Some examples are: a spreadsheet to log our Warm Space project KPI’s accurately and efficiently, a log for our agreement to hires within our centres and documents to show some of our process flows. I thoroughly enjoy this creative side of my new role.I worked for the Jobs & training team within Clarion futures for 3 years. Within this role I supported our advisory staff through booking appointments using outlook software, obtaining eligibility evidence to meet the criteria set by the European social fund.I had personally dealt with over 75% of customer referrals in a single month, showcasing my efficiency in responding and solving emails within Microsoft outlook.I also supported new starters within this role through one-to-one training with my colleagues. At the beginning of my career in 2018 I joined the clarion housing group as a contact centre apprentice. In 18 months I became one of a select few multi-trained on both Clarion Response (repairs) and Customer service (housing) - this includes communications on Social media, Emails, Indexing and Phone calls. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and various systems including CRM, Hootsuite and Servitor. I am exceptional at both independence and team work. Strong capability of learning knowledge with an A level focused in Psychology and another in Law. I recently also received a distinction in My Housing Apprentice course.
