• Took part in the Musgrave Food Academy programme. This involved working directly with an academy food producer over an 8 week period, gaining valuable insight into entrepreneurship.• We were given the task to help ‘Little Thai Kitchen’ with three aspects of the business. This included digital marketing on social media, sustainability and expansion of the business. We presented our work at the end of the 8 weeks to the Food Academy board
