I am currently private nannying for a family who have three children, who rage in ages from 20 months to 5 and a half years. I ensure to encourage each child to develop over all ranges of development which would be physically, socially, emotionally cognitively and language. I am responsible for these three children while their parents are at work so I have to constantly think about the children's health and safety, I may have to make decisions on the spot in relation to the children i.e administrating medication, I ensure the children are fed and they receive health meals and carry out household duties around their home.
