- Led a successful graduate recruitment campaign, which resulted in an increase of 114% in applications compared with the year previous. I was responsible for allocation of budget, enforcing strategy, designing a marketing campaign, working across brand and digital to achieve a successful campaign while meeting demanding KPI’s.- Managed Vodafone Ireland's first careers Facebook page.- Redesigned resourcing process as a strategy to stamp out bias and maintain a sustainable pipeline that increases our capability to meet our D&I strategy targets across the workforce. - Supported the ReConnect programme.- Re-designed layout and content on Vodafone Ireland's careers website mapping out the customer journey and implemented a smoother UX experience.

- Launched 5 Cloud Security Products. - Worked cross functionally across the wider business to ensure billing issues were resolved across both Moovex and SAPB1 billing platforms ensuring customer journey and potential pain points were central to the solution. - Worked with Group and advised how to activate the ‘cloud that can’ campaign.
