I am a passionate and driven culinary entrepreneur and duty manager, pursuing a BBUS Hons Culinary Entrepreneurship at Munster Technological University. I have over five years of experience in the hospitality industry, working as a chef and a manager at various hotels and restaurants. I have developed strong customer service and culinary skills, as well as a keen knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, such as Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).Currently, I am the Duty Manager at Kinsale Hotel and Spa, where I oversee the daily operations of the hotel and ensure the satisfaction of the guests and the staff. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of professionals, and I strive to create a positive and supportive work environment. I am always eager to learn new skills and techniques, and I have participated in several competitions and awards, such as the New Product Development Award, the Ficht Cook and Serve Competition, and the MTU Local Competition in Health and Food European Innovation.
