● Currently responsible for researching properties to determine fair market value for rental rates and leases● Schedule all maintenance and cleaning of homes in and out of state for long and short-term rentals● Assists with overseeing contractor activities such as: orders, repairs, time management, and product selections, etc. ● Manage Airbnb, VRBO, FlipKey, etc. in responding to tenant questions and inquiries● Oversee the redesign of home renovation projects such as kitchen and bathroom remodels ● Works in staging homes for potential buyers and for short and long-term rental opportunities
