I represented the Kemmy Business School for two events in the 2019/2020 academic year: the Open Days for new incoming students for the next academic year and the PASS event [Personal Advisor Support System] for first year students. During the Open Days, my duties included welcoming secondary school students, their parents and teachers to the Kemmy Business School. I acted as co-project lead of SparkEd, a youth leadership programme which aims to empower young people to take their future into their own hands. SparkEd is one of many Enactus projects. Enactus is a society which is dedicated to making the world a better place through entrepreneurial action. This role involved delegating tasks to each team member and working with each member to ensure tasks were achieved, attending weekly committee meetings and numerous Advisory Board meetings.
