Dementia Connect Local Services Manager
Current- Responsible and accountable for recruitment and selection, support, supervision, development and performance management of a team of up to 10 employees across the South Eastern and Belfast Trust areas
- Embed, promote and achieve the aims and objectives of the organisation within the team of employees and volunteers through ongoing support and supervision and effective communication
- Responsible for the delivery of local services and ensuring that services are delivered in line with legislative requirements and in line with internal and external quality frameworks
- Strong understanding of statutory and contractual funding arrangements within health and social care sector in Northern Ireland, supporting income generation and contract applications to meet strategic income targets
- Ongoing and regular communications with local team of employees and volunteers through supervision and support meetings, building strong working relationships in the local and national team
- Oversee recruitment and selection of employees for the team, in line with best practice and organisational and legislative requirements
