From working in this hotel I have learnt a lot of skills such as patience with customers and the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT this is one of the most important thing that is said in every business because you should not argue with the customer ever! I also learnt team working skills, in this industry team work is very important because if you don't have good team work and communication your business will not do well because nobody would know what they are at.
