I was a student from Seneca College for the Flight Services Operations and Cabin Management program.I always dreamed of becoming a flight attendant not just because I want to travel, but because I like working in a team environment where we all work towards a common goal of providing excellent quality customer service. This is the motivation behind why I applied to be a guest experience leader in Mcdonalds, a stepping stone to my dream to become a flight attendant. As a guest experience leader I personally deal with customer needs, and customer complaints. It was not easy at first however I managed to be good at it because I have been joining a leadership program starting when I was in high school to develop my leadership skills and to hone my confidence at speaking in a large group of people. I also became an english second language ambassador where I work with people of different backgrounds who just migrated to Canada. And because I know that not only adults travel but also children, I also have knowledge as a childcare assistant. I worked in an elementary school for 1 semester as a coop student, and 2 months in summer program to learn and build up my relational abilities with children of different ages.
