All I had ever known was a narrative that constantly told me I wasn't good enough and that the world was better off without me in it. I had battled with this inner dialogue for most of my life. I understand what it feels like to be at rock bottom. I understand what it feels like to feel like you will never find purpose, never find meaning and to never feel good enough. The turning point in my story was when I discovered that I had a choice. I fully believed that the inner dialogue I had was always going to win, I didn't believe that I could work towards flipping the script and changing that inner dialogue. The moment I discovered that I had a choice, that I didn't have to believe everything my mind told me was the day I discovered the power within.
