Responsible for managing up to 75 commercial aircraft on operating lease from pre-delivery up to lease expiry. Duties included:* Ensuring all lease contracts are recorded accurately on the company's lease management system.* Managing rent and maintenance reserve invoicing and collection.* Calculating annual escalation of maintenance reserves in accordance with the lease documents.*Arranging the final approval and payment of approved maintenance reimbursement claims.* Preparation of account receivable reconciliations.* Negotiating Letter of Credit and Insurance renewals.

Managing the Company from Ireland, assisting the Company service providers, preparing and filing the VAT returns and attending the meeting of the Board of Directors.

Responsible for managing a portfolio of up to 45 commercial jet aircraft on operating lease. Such tasks include rent invoicing, rent collection, security deposit management, maintenance reserve management and insurance compliance. Additionally I was involved in the portfolio lease remarketing of the aircraft from LOI up to delivery of the aircraft to a new lessee.Finally I was responsible for the management and co-ordination of the sale of a portfolio from mail shot up to the delivery of each aircraft to the purchaser.
