I have a great interest with the Agricultural industry, as I grew up on a suckler farm in Northern Ireland. I have always enjoyed working with animals from a young age which stemmed my want to study Agriculture. Once I finished school, I began to study a foundation degree in Agriculture and Technology through Ulster University in Greenmount Cafre Campus. While studying, I began to take up a part time relief milking job on the weekends, this gave me an insight into the dairy side of farming which I really enjoyed.To finish my degree, I completed a three month placement, which started my career within Fane Valley, following through from my placement. Throughout the five years within Fane Valley Stores, I have come to truly enjoy working alongside customers, helping them to the best of my ability. I take great pride in how the products I sell help customers achieve their goal. Through building relationships with customers it builds great trust which keeps me motivated resulting in me taking great satisfaction within my job.
