In my role as Customer Support Representative at KORE, I work alongside our Sales Team to provide seamless support to our customers in North Connaught, Northern Ireland & U.K. I meet and exceed customer expectations, providing exceptional customer service and support in a professional, knowledgeable, timely manner.I proactively and professionally respond and manage customer calls and queries whilst providing customer quotations in a timely manner and to a professional standard.You’ll also find me sometimes representing KORE at events, where I enjoy connecting with customers and sharing our products.Before joining KORE, I spent over a decade in Hospitality, where I learned the importance of great customer service and a personal approach. I’m passionate about helping customers find the right solutions and look forward to growing my skills within KORE’s busy sales team.I also hold a Higher Diploma in Digital Marketing from Dundalk Institute of Technology, and I’m always looking for new ways to learn and make a positive impact here at KORE.
