In my role as HR Manager I was responsible for end to end HR activities including:- Recruitment- Performance Management- Learning & Development- Policies & Procedures- Employee Relations- Payroll AdministrationI was a member of the Senior Management Team and worked closely with the Heads of Departments on an on-going basis with relation to performance management, compensation, organisational changes and learning and development. I was also responsible for developing and implementing the HR Strategy for the business and ensuring policies and procedures were in line with employment legislation and health service requirements.
