Working on a dedicated line with a team of 7 people to assist any agents on the floor with queries they may have while on the phone to customers. Rectifying any billing errors on accounts and manually booking meter read appointments. I also do one on one coaching with agents in certain areas of the job description that they need more help in. I also take over all supervisor calls from agents on the floor when customers request in speaking to higher up. Also participated in con calls with the client on developing products.
