    - Facilitated the visit of educational groups to the Cathedral (ranging from primary school to third level/adult education) by designing and delivering workshops, providing guided tours, managing bookings, scheduling volunteers, and ensuring that the Cathedral’s Child Protection Policy was adhered to for each visit- Initiated a programme of family workshops during the school holidays. This involved the recruitment of external facilitators, creating workshop materials, running workshops, promoting the programme, and developing a mailing list- Contributed to a variety of projects to enhance the visitor experience in the Cathedral, including: the development of the Discovery Space in 2015; a new website for the Cathedral in 2016; the development of a new interpretation plan for the Cathedral in 2017; and a new permanent exhibition in 2018- Managed the volunteer and internship programmes with responsibilities ranging from the recruitment and training of new volunteers to the day-to-day management of the existing team- Created interpretative and promotional materials for the Cathedral including posters, banners, signage and interpretative leaflets, using Adobe InDesign software- Supported the Cathedral in the planning and execution of over thirty events for Heritage Week each year by creating promotional materials, managing volunteers and planning and designing events for families and new audiences- Designed and created the installation Fallen in November 2018 to mark the centenary of the end of World War 1, in which 36,000 leaf shaped messages were suspended in the Nave of the Cathedral- Supported the Cathedral in a range of other activities including minute taking; social media management; daily maintenance of interpretative materials; responding to Italian Trip Advisor reviews; representing the Cathedral in various media engagements, including interviews conducted in Irish for radio and television

Based primarily in Barryscourt Castle but also worked in Charles Fort and Desmond Castle, Kinsale, during the 2014 season - Delivered tours in all three sites to a variety of groups (ranging from tourists, family groups, local community groups, and schools from primary to third level), based on my own research into each site under my care- Responsible for the day-to-day running of all aspects of the sites, including welcoming visitors, issuing tickets, giving tours, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, completing daily sales sheets, while also preserving the integrity of the monuments at all times - Successfully organised numerous events for Heritage Week at Barryscourt Castle, including child-friendly events such as treasure hunts and quizzes, based on the castle and its history
