Assisting clients with designing their new homes Preparation of all working drawings for construction using AutoCAD LT 2012 Compiling Planning & Building applications for lodgement to local Authority Helping out with general office duties when required

Design of new residential projects and extensions to existing dwellings. Overseeing all planning and building applications to local authorities. Taking care of projects from conception to issue of building licence . Liaising with many local builders and developers. Aiding clients with colour selections and interior fit-outs. Training & supervision of junior draftspersons.

Design of single dwellings and grouped dwellings. Preparation of all working drawings. Liasing with clients. My role was mainly design & working drawings using Qikdraw & Autosketch. General office duties when required.

Design & preparation of planning packages and various upgrades of Caltex servicestations throughout Western Australia. Drafting of commercial & residential projects. Supervision of office while management was on vacation.

· Pub, restaurant design and hotel fit-outs.· Duties included interior presentations, surveying, project management & preparation ofworking drawings using AutoCAD R14.

· My role as a Microstation operator included carrying out surveys and transferring themonto Microstation, Structural detailing, file management and general office duties.· The majority of the work was based around Middle and Lower Abbey Street concentratingon preparing the basements for relocation of utilities from road into the basements underthe footpath.
