Facilities / Administration: Responsible for Switchboard and call answering.Liaise with Facilities and assist in managing invoices, lease agreements and related vendors. Ensure a safe and secure working environment for Critical Path staff.Support Administration:Administration: Responsible for the maintenance and administration of internal Support contract database through change Management process. Support Site Access: Issue and Control password access to Support Website. Management of Database.Documentation: Maintain and manage support documentation and regularly update.Reports: Issue required reports Daily/Weekly/ Monthly.Product Control:· New Product introduction.· Create Part numbers and Enter into Oracle Database.· BOM Control and administration.· Release product to Vendors.· Issue Release Product Report.Other Tasks· Provide support and assistance to the various functions within the Operations Department· Assist with and/or be responsible for projects as determined my manager.· Liaison with the many functional departments within Critical Path Dublin
