My pragmatic approach allows me to address challenges effectively, ensuring that delivering good client outcomes remains at the forefront of my focus.In my most recent position, I led the Client Support function through a transformative phase overseeing the servicing of over 10,000 clients and £4bn in assets: adeptly managing change and implementing new technologies to enhance service delivery. My focus on stakeholder management and team leadership has consistently driven high performance and innovation.I spent several years at Hargreaves Lansdown with responsibility for Dispute Resolution and Remediation, in their Regulatory Complaints Function dealing with complaints from all aspects of their investment platform, including those relating to financial advice. I maintained a strong relationship with the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) and my success rate for complaints referred to the FOS always exceeded the industry average. During my time at HL, I successfully oversaw several high volume complaint events as well as others which were subject to regulatory and legal scrutiny. I take pride in my ability to make a meaningful impact.Beyond my professional life, I am an avid rugby fan and actively involved in my son's U15s rugby team, coordinating activities, and fostering community spirit.
