An individual who has a genuine passion for all areas of the world of work and a willingness to learn. An avid reader and interested in current affairs as well as literature of all forms, both written and spoken. A team player but able to work on my own initiative when required and has very good communication skills which I have developed through many years of working within customer service roles, retail and hospitality. Keen interest in sports, mainly Formula One. Open to a variety of careers with my history masters. My masters thesis was an investigation into the presentation of Formula One Driver’s masculinity in the British popular press. Some of my favourite works have included exploring the Basil D’Oliveira case as well as the 1976 South African tour of England, using media history as the focus for my research.
