Support Services handles all incoming calls, field service dispatch, work order creation & finalization, work order billing, and field service reporting. Our team plays a big role to every department within the company as we handle all customer and field communications from beginning to end.I work closely with our key account customers and manage their work orders, monthly PM scheduling, and weekly reporting.I also have experience with acquisitions and integration. BCT acquired many companies over the last 5 years that all required the acquired company customer and field communications to be rolled into BCT’s existing processes and software. Software: Microsoft CRM4, Microsoft Dynamics CRM13, FieldOne, Fishbowl Inventory. Sharepoint, Cisco Phone System & software, and Paylocity.In Microsoft Dynamics CRM, I excel at building reports within Advanced Find and have experience building and managing work flows. Show less

Support 60 + field service engineers with daily needs such as parts ordering and paperwork. Assisting customers opening service and application calls, part pricing and ordering. Help manage and answer our 1200 + incoming calls we receive every week. Finalize field service engineer "open service calls" for billing and part receiving.
