As administrator for an enterprise-wide learning management system, I perform operational tasks such as user maintenance, creation, access, and permissions. I also provide in-person and virtual training for power users to ensure they are able to use the system to its fullest potential to meet their departmental training needs and provide user and course level reporting to them.
