As the B2B Marketing Manager at Red Carnation Hotels, a family-owned and run collection of 20 luxury boutique hotels, I drive the international B2B marketing strategy for the brand. A graduate of Shannon College of Hotel Management, I have over 10 years of digital marketing experience, primarily in the luxury hospitality industry, with a diploma in digital marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute and several certifications in management, digital marketing, training, and mental health first aid.I am passionate about creating engaging and relevant content for social selling, blogs, email, and newsletters, as well as developing relationships with partners, suppliers travel advisors, team members and more. I also lead, support, and train our global community of 30+ social media advocates across the collection, ensuring brand consistency and integrity across various locations and channels. In 2021, I was honoured to receive the Marketing Person of the Year award from Red Carnation Hotels for my contributions and achievements. Additionally, I am a public speaker having represented the collection at events for ABTA, Digital Marketing World Forum, and the annual Red Carnation staff conference, as well as undertaking the role of sustainability liason working with the sustainability committee to communicate our initiatives and goals and ensuring recognition for such activities leading us to being awarded the Boutique Hotelier's 'Best Sustainable Achievement' Award and the Catey's 'Sustainable Business' Award in 2023.
