With over 20 years of experience in the soccer industry, I am the first ever female CEO and co-owner of a League of Ireland Men's and Women's Club, Treaty United FC, that aims to provide a first-class elite athlete experience with a focus on safety, integrity, inclusion, and gender equity. I am also a board member of PFA Canada, the Canadian division of FIFPRO, the global professional soccer players union, where I advocate for the rights and representation of athletes across the country and beyond.In addition, I am the founder and CEO of TOPP Soccer, a company that assists elite high school athletes, teams, and clubs in securing athletic scholarships through consulting, an online platform, and high-profile soccer events. I leverage my skills in events, content creation, and business consulting to help my clients achieve their goals and reach their potential. As a former professional soccer player and a dual international for Canada and Ireland, I have a deep passion and expertise in women's soccer and international development, which I have pursued through various academic and professional endeavors.
