Ensuring all notes on customer accounts, on Elmo’s system are accurately maintained, kept up to date & accurately reflect the state of the account.Attended & contributed to weekly Debtors meeting with Senior Management to provide updates & full reviews of accounts I was managing .Using other systems such as Epicor & IWS to review accounts.
