🌟𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:As a design thinker and leader, my mission is to inspire and foster an innovative culture within teams. I'm dedicated to ensuring that we collectively deliver customer-centric and results-driven solutions across the organization. 📈🚀𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:I currently have the privilege of being the Growth and Digital Development Manager at KAEFER UK & Ireland, where I've honed my expertise in digital strategy, project management, account management, data analysis, and innovation management. Notably, I assisted in successfully implementing a CRM system for the company, including the creation of PowerBI report dashboarding, and designing a bespoke digital customer experience platform, "Your Voice Counts," which allows us to properly listen to our customers and design solutions around them. 👂My role also involves managing top customer accounts, organizing crucial meetings, leading collaborative innovation projects, and providing day-to-day support. I've also played a pivotal role in crafting comprehensive reports for senior management, influencing strategic decision-making processes. 🐳My commitment to professional development is evident in my completion of LEAN classroom training, a Mental Health First Aid course, and an IOSH Managing Safely certification. I am also very proud to have been recognised as a potential future leader of the company and selected to complete KAEFER's GROW program. 🚀During COVID, I co-founded The Student Design Showcase, an initiative set up to allow design students to still showcase their work despite design shows being closed due to the pandemic. We achieved great support and growth, gaining 26,000 Instagram followers in just 18 months. We ventured into guest lectures at top universities and became a hub for inspiring, teaching, and showcasing students worldwide. This experience sharpened my skills in social media marketing, public speaking, entrepreneurship, design, and networking. ⭐️📚𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:My academic journey includes a Master's degree in Multidisciplinary Innovation from Northumbria University, where I earned a Distinction. I also hold a First-Class degree in Product Design BSc from Bangor University, where I actively participated in the Tennis Team. 🎾In each role and throughout my education, I've developed not only a strong foundation in design thinking but also a keen understanding of marketing, people skills, and teamwork. I look forward to using these experiences to contribute to future opportunities in design and leadership 💪
