My role encompassed all aspects of sunlight, daylight and overshadowing, Rights of Light, as well as other aspects of neighbourly matters.

I have been working for BLDA Consultancy for five years. My role involves assisting in party wall administration, acting on behalf of Adjoining Owners and Building Owners, drafting Awards, carrying out Schedules of Condition and supervising remedial works.
